I am thinking of only foaming the opening next to the frame sides not the whole thing. It looks like mice ran along the frame and crawed into it and built there nest. I was going to run my wiring thru the hole first then just foam that opening up. The drain hole on the bottom would still be open and mice can't get in there. The mice filled that part of the frame with a bunch of junk that I know have to clean out to allow it to stay dry and free of moisture. That is going to be a pain to do and was tring to stop it from happening again. Mark H.
