You'll need another set of hands to try this but it might do the trick. Have someone release the latch using the inside handle and you hold it up while from the outside while lifting,pulling the door at the same time. Sometimes the latch mech. gets wore more on one of the latches. You can also go through the access panel to release it too. Good luck, Kevin
