Cliff,

In order here is what I think(this from a guy who never works on FFs, just PGs, but I do Live On the Forum according to the survey).

1. Books, I find that having as many factory parts books and service manuals as I can to be helpful. Often you can find that picture you need, or a part interchange in another years book.

I like to have the factory books myself, I buy them off E-bay. But many of them are reproduced.

Then add to it as many of the books about Dodge trucks, and Power Wagons that you can.

There are many titles, a few are on Joe's books page.

2. I am not sure how to host a PPT file on the web, but imageevent does a good job for having pictures and a bit of text.

Look at my link at the bottom of this post to see what I did for pictures, pretty standard fair, and flexable.

I am sure your pictures would be useful, and welcomed by all.

3. Don't know of any.

4. Not done to my knowledge, but maybe someone will chime in with M-37 230s mil surplus or something.

5, 6. sources are, for the most part:

Vintage Power Wagons

Doug Higgins in CO

Dave Cirrilo in OR

Some of the military surplus dealers

Roberts motor parts

Judd, Jonas, Me, and several other forum folks who buy and sell PW parts.

E-bay

Dennis Sherman(but not for much longer).

A complete list is hard to compile, I tend to buy from NAPA, and junkyards the most.

Look at the parts sources link off the main page for contact info, and more people.

7. Hard parts, many of these are easy enough to find, but are often damaged beyond use by rust, dents, etc. This list is all original parts, there are Repos out there, but they might not be exactly right, or are not very close to right at all.

Original tailight buckets, brackets.

Good windshield frames.

Good tailgates.

Good rear fenders.

Good cowl lights

Good windshield regulators

Seats.

Good dash knobs on the earlier trucks.

Electric wiper motors.

Good luck, and let us know what we can do to help!

Eric
