PW Maple Syrup

This morning someone told us that one year ago today, 08Feb, that they tapped trees for sap !!!
Shant be long and that PW Syrup sap should be running !!
Als I have learned that the amount of last years sun tells how sweet the syrup/sap is going to be this year --- and we had a lot of sun !!!
