The 20" split rims I have are reportedly from a ton and a half "older" Chevy truck, with every other hole drilled out at an offset. They are hard to balance and expensive to fix. Also, I'm hesitant to air down too far with the split rims. Unless you are really careful, the drill bit can wander when starting the hole (the side of the hole) and you'll end up with an imperfect and not so round pattern (spare tire). I like the 20" wheels but to do it again I would spend the extra money and opt for a center re-weld with non-split rim wheels. - AZ Steve
