I had several re-chromed by a shop in Sacramento. I am happpy with what they gave me back and it didn't cost as much as the new ones. I also have contact info on a another plateing shop in Redding that is supposed to be good. You should inspect yours for rust and pits. From what I have been told that is were all the money is, the prep to make them perfectly smooth.
Whatever your going to do, you better decide quick, the California Dodge Power Wagon Rally is just around the corner. :-)
