My seat was shot in my 54 FF so I put in a seat from a ford ranger - with two holes drilled in the front corners of the FF seat base and two in the back (with about an inch of washers to shim it up). It has the advantage of the moderm foam which is thinner but easier on the tookus. The rear (seat back) is thinner as well so you gain a little leg room. Hit the junkyards for one the right color.
