I tried those 12 Volt Electric Wipers I bought from the Marine Supply Place. I was able to make them work but would not recomend them. They had metal gears also. I had to cut the outside shaft and the inside shaft (they come apart to do this) to shorten them, make a adapter to put them on a angle to work with the stock angle peice that went on the out side. I also had to drill this out to fit the shaft. The shaft did go in my hole in the cab but sure if it was the original size. I would recomend another type that is not so deep because there is NO EXTRA ROOM IN THERE!! I am not sure I will use them after all this. So you may have to find a smaller type then the ones I showed on the site a while back. They do turn enough both ways to work on the window at 80 Deg sweep. Mark H.
