They do business just like everybody else, either from low bidder or from a 'favorite' source. Probably the same guys who make the parts for Napa, Pepboys,etc, etc, etc. You are paying 533% extra for what is probably the same, or posibly crummier, part. And you have to wait to get it too.. and after this, you'll know how to change it.
