I am in the Redondo Beach/Torrance area. It sounds like you might be in the Big Bear area. Glad you decided to stick around despite the ravings of us coots. I just found out today why the stepwells of the w100 rust out so easy. I decided to wash the truck today (75 degrees outside) and noticed that there are no drain holes in the step wells. The water just sits there and is really quite deep if the truck is parked on a sideways incline.
