12 V cowl light turn signals?

Doing a conversion on my 46 WFM. I want to use the cowl lights for park and turn. Changing the socket is no big deal, but the 1157 is to tall and bonks the lens. Can't find a small one. Thinking of looking into one of the LED flat bulbs. Any idea's? Ray
