After sleeping on it, I realize that the Gear Vendors and the Denman unit will not work. These trucks have full-time 4WD that requires the front and rear axle to function together because of the differential in the transfer case. Any overdrive unit would have to mount between the transmission and transfer case. Neither of the ones I mentioned are made to do that. US Gear makes a unit that mounts between the transmission and transfer case but I don't know if they have adapters for the 77PW.
