Needless to say, you shouldn't have to experience this apparent run around. If you are not satisfied by a 5 Star Service ,manager, don't mess around with the lemon law or anything else (the folks at Dodge know the law too) Go directly over his head to his Zone or regional Manager at D/C and tell them your history and that you are NOT satisfied with the results and that you CANNOT afford to just keep having the truck repaired, that it is your lively hood and your source of employment or whatever the case ( you have to get those mags to the Post Office or the printers!) Make it clear to them that you cannot tolerate the downtime. Keep going up the food chain until you get satisfaction, if you have to go all the way to a VP at Alburn Hills, so be it, if by the 3rd or forth phone call you do not have a new transmission, THEN go to a lemon law attorney. Common sense on their part and knowing that Chrysler is trying to correct the many dealer problems that they have, tell me that your problem will be solved long before that course of action is needed.
