Also have you ever thought about getting on the DiRT email list?! Its the Dodge Ram truck list and has a bunch of excellent people on there who could assist you. It may come down to lemon laws of the state. Most of the time if a problem has been on going before the end of the warranty they usually continue after you have gone over yourlimit since the matter or case is still on going.
But nice words wont cut it if it happens again and they lay a fat bill out for you.
