Here are the numbers for my Bumblebee with a 318 and a NP-435, 1 3/8" input shaft, dont remember if it was 10 or 11 spline.
NAPA (perfection Hy Test line)
Presure Plate CA 1433
Clutch Disk RCF 497
Throwout Bearing ST 1459
Pilot ST 286
