Arrow gear is in Chicago and has been since the 40's. We've repped them on OK since 1969 and most of the winch mfg's have in house gear shops now. For old winches...Arrow keeps what they call "stock gears" on the shelf, many of which are the ones you would be looking for in the winches and the differentials.
