How does the funny little hinge-like lever that keeps the PTO lever in its neutral position work?
The spring on mine is broken and I want to replace it but I am embarassed to say that I have no clue how it was intended to function.
Was this spring intended to make both of the stops act as one (when you flip oner over the other goes with it)?
Or was it meant to do something else- Sure is a lot of work being dumb like me- lucky I got you guys to help.
