need yokes for 4wd shaft on my '77 PW 3/4 ton truck

I need the yokes for the shaft of my 4WD for the front left wheel on my 1977 PW 3/4 ton club cab.

I can't drive it til I get it fixed, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
