The Belt Pulley bolts to the holes for the chains on the back of the tractor which are just outside of the PTO Shaft holes that hold it into the back of the tractor. So the Belt pulley Mount goes around the Bearing housing for the shaft. It takes a set of holes for the PTO Shaft and a set for the Belt Pulley. That way you can leave the shaft on for other things besides the Belt pulley like maybe a Hydraulic pump or a PTO Shaft to a Mower ect. Mark H.
