George, contact a broker, I use World Wide in Edmonton. Usually all you need is a valid title, your 93 diesel will meet the EPA regs, the buyer will have to install an MPH speedo to comply and register in thier state. Overall though the best way is to have the buyer come and get it or arrange his own transport and brokerage.
