That looks like the right one to me.I have a couple in trucks.If you have a manual for the 3/4 ton look on the page of the driver's instructions with the picture of the front compartment(closed bodies),fig. 4 in my manual.The seat bottom exstends beyond the seat frame and has a squared corners like yours.The drivers lower springs are the same way also.
