Trail accessories ,what do you carry?

Since I'm am completely hooked on trail running after the fantastic time at Terry and Linda's Ct rally I would like to get comments on what to carry along on the trail. I'm refering to the things like a shovel,high lift jack, snatch block, tree saver, tow strap and the like. I'm not looking to go hard core wheeling or rock climbing but would also like to be ready as the need presents itself. My trail ride is my 64 Townwagon with a 4 speed, poly 318 and factory winch. Thanks for your comments in advance.
