Need info on Gemmer power steering

The 59 flatfender I bought has a Gemmer power steering box on it. It does not have a power steering pump with it. The previous owner said it did not have power steering operational when he bought it in 1968. I need to know everything there is to know about this power steering system so I can try to rig a pump and some hoses to make it operational again. VPW said they don't know anything about them and do not have the pump for it. Any info. provided will be much appreciated.
