The mongrel question again

Hope you don't mind my posting this question again: Here's the brain teaser, I've got three trucks, '63 D200, '63 W200 (extra long WB with 2 dr cab), '70 W200 w/winch, all beaters. I want to make one good rig out of them using the '70 frame and running gear (already have the service box on it so the frame length won't be a problem), the D200's poly 318 and low ratio 4 spd, and the decent sheet metal from the '63 W200. I'm not worried about wiring, etc. as I'll do that from scratch. Anybody know some tricks to get around the obvious problems with the early engine and trans in the '70 frame, and the change in clutch style (mech vs. hydraulic)? I'd use the '63 W200 frame but it's from a crew cab and looong. Think I should just use the D-200 frame and build drivelines to make it work? Or maybe I just have a good start on a junkyard? Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
DJ
