OK you TEXAS guys.... Title question for ya..

Looking at buying an out of state (Utah)
Dodge...

Has no title.. Bill of sale only..

Never have I ever purchased a vehicle in the state of texas without a title.

How didficult is it to obtain one with just the bill of sale?
