Cant give you exact weight, but last winter I had mine all apart. The sides were heavy, but one person could easily handle them, mabey 80 pounds each. The I shipped a tailgate via UPS and I believe I remember it was 45 pounds. The head board should be close to that also. Have no idea on the cross members as I built my own. Not much but hope this helps some.
