If one could come up with a vin registry of all ffpw produced a search parameter of trucks produced from 1945 to 68 i guess would turn up every truck that was still on the books. One thing you could do is request all the vin,s of the produced power wagon from every state data base to see what showed up and its last registration and address, owner? Does somebody have the vin of all ffpw from 1 to 40,00 or by the way how many have been produced each year/ Thanks, there is a web site that has all the 49 states linked to each other,s dmv so all one would have to do is type a range of production and cut and paste it to each dmv for searching. Then, try to contact the ones closest to do, make sense? Of course ffpw are not listed always but they might have been when they were bought and worked, that would still show up in archived search. It is still cheaper than feight on ffpw out of state at $1.50 mile from dealers in them! No search no results. Some states donot charge, some as high as $8 bucks. Somebody ought to do this for every state to see what they have in there area, prob a lot of dead trucks might be found that are out of view from hunters!
