A while back I posted the name of a product I bought at the Co-op (Cenex) where I live in Idaho. This product is called E-Z-Flow, and (I think) is a Lithium grease. It has the consistency of Tapioca pudding and is excellent for use in closed knuckle hubs. I have been using it in my F350 and my W300 for years. I think it would do the job in a steering box. It does not leak through the seals like gear oil, yet it flows more than grease. I can get more info off the container I have if anyone is interested. J Henry
