Terry, most of the smaller Mig welders that come as a kit, ready to pulg and weld, have a regulator with a tank presure and a regulated presure guage. I have flow meters on my TIG and MIG and run 20 cfh on the Argon/C02 Gas for MIG. Highly suggest you run the Argon/C02 Gas Mix for MIG. Straight Argon is used for TIG.
