Dealers cannot sell a truck or car or mv without a title, read the add, they are offering to sell it without a title it is clearly stated in the add. what it means to me is they bought a truck without a title and failed to comply with the Iowa law and the law in the state where the truck was bought. Point is they are trying to avoid titling the truck so to make more money, but the title is worthless to someone who knows that it is a lost bonded title and could be repossessed in the 3 year period if the real owner shows up to make a claim, it is not a clean title, is Vintage Power wagon above the law or what? Why does nobody care to check and see if what i pointed out is the truth instead of attacking me. When you buy a dealer license from any state that i have ever seen you are clearly required not to deal in mv without titles or offer to sell one without a title. Why is it for sale without a title in the first place is the question? I call a bonded title a clouded title for the 3 years claim may be against it. If they were following the law it would have a title when they bought it or they should not have touched it, period! Dealers have a higher standard of duty than an individual in title transactions. Sorry if the truth is distasteful to many of the title washers and retitlers! nICE TRUCK at least if you get stuck a lot! Remember if you buy a truck from anybody(especially) off ebay have a 3rd party check the vin, title and cab numbers by a third party to make sure everything is matching! Norm, have you ever heard of somebody getting a truck like this and how it ended, how do you recover if bonded title is challanged and you lose, what happens then? Good question huh?
