I figured the helmet would be a cheesy setup. It doesnt come with a bottle just the regulator. The way the cart looks I think you could get a fairly tall bottle to hook to it. I have done welding in the past but used Lincoln and some Hobart stuff and had not heard of Clark welders. All its gonna be used for is body work on the old truck and the 69 Charger.

Stick welder and spot welder would be nice too and you forgot a plasma cutter also! ;)
