That sound right to me. The dumb Vin plate was on the missing glove door anyway. The DMV said it would not be in the computer anyway and they would have to issue a new title which to me dose not realy mean anything anymore now? They were going to just make up some numbers and take my money for nothing but a peice of paper? This vehical won't even exsist any more except in a bunch of other ones restoring them. Mark H.
