Mark... Im not sure what your laws are out there but if it was me I would consider it as selling a part... The title has to stay with the vin number plate on the body .... I would care less about the serial number on the frame.... I think someone is just playing with ya.... Just my opinion....If ya look they aren't posting their email so they don't want anyone to know who they are... Lifes too short sell the frame and let someone else build a truck..
