Mark, The tank will work just fine, the only drawback is IF you have a rear PTO device, you would have to place the original 1/2 size tank in the truck so the drive shaft will pass by for the rear PTO. The guage in the CC is 6 volt pos. ground just like your PW (if its pre 1958) So it should work fine as long as it is good! IOn the GOOD side!! You will have that extra capacity that most PWs don't have!!! I envy you!!! John
