If it wewe me, I'd change out all the fluids filling the engine w fresh 30 wt. Then remove the plugs, dis-engage the clutch and spin the engine for 10 sec. Wait 30 sec and repeat until you see oil pressure.
Go away for an hour. Do it again.
Replace the plugs. Start the engine. Follow break-in instructions to keep the cam alive. I don't remember the drill,but remember that a bunch of folks who should know feel that getting the cam bearings lubed and broken-in is critical.
If it were me, I'd add a couple of ounces of Kroil after a couple hrs of initial operation to dissolve any gunk and get valves / rings loosened. Then change oil again after another couple hours of casual operation.
