It's really easy if you have a plasma torch and a MIG welder. First sand along the inner windshield frame to expose the 20 or so spot welds. drill them or torch them out. Then cut the weld seams on the inside edges of the dash. It should then pop out. When you put in your new dash, you will either back up the spotwelds with a thin strip of metal, or use a copper backing and fill the holes wit weld from your MIG.
