Mark, if the wheels have a narrow split ring arount the rim, they will not fit the flat fender pw, they do not clear the brake drums properly and if you use them, there is a chance the rivets on the wheels will wear and fail, thus the results will not be much fun at 40 MPH!!! Be careful!!! Looks like a builder truck to me!!!!!
