Found a Comand Car? Value, Is it rare, Not sure?

I have a chance to pick up a Comand Car 1940? It is complete and runs but the back part was cut off to make it a flat bed. Still has the back part. Could be welded back on (body only cut) The engine is fresh rebuilt with 1,000 miles or less on it. Generaly what are they worth and are they rare to find? I know nothing about this type of Military Vechical, 4X4 works no winch on it has the seats also all original I think as far as I can tell and not all beat up and rusted out. Any help??
