Here is a picture of the one from my 59 W200. While I don't think that this is from the factory, I do think that this truck came as a cab/chassis and then had this added on as an aftermarket item so it is from about the same vintage.
I like the way that the panels can be removed one at a time to configure the bed in just about anyway that you want.
