Buy an inexpensive ammeter, put a couple of wires on it. Start you truck and disconnect the "+" cable while it is running. Connect the ammeter's "+" wire to the cable the other to the battery's "+" pole. If your charging system is working, it will show. Then have someone turn on your lights to ensure the secondary circuit works also. You should still see a "+" charge. If all that is ok, bad battery, if not, then alt or vreg is a problem.
