The steering only has to be changed out to the drag link, the taper on later Dodge front ends comes in from the bottom and in front vs. your truck which comes in from the rear and above. If you use a ProtoTech power steering sytem (highly suggest that) it is a straight bolt-in. He supplies everything you need except the pump.
