Paul, the trick is to wax a sheet of masonite, layout enough mat to do complete roof + some extra, wet it and let it cure. When it hardens it can be trimmed with a router/jigsaw/sander etc. The mat will be flexable enough to shape to the roof ribs. I was gong to color the resin [black] prior to wetting to ensure complete through color. I'll get you the info on the mat. This should be as close as you can come to an original fabric roof without the headaches.
