And that was on a 58 W100 with a full floating rear.
To get the axle shafts out I had to scoot the truck sideways all the way to the wall on one side using a jack, and then back to the other!
It looks like you are doing ok so far, just remember to keep shifting parts so you can get out to eat! :-)
