Yes...I can build M1A1 display guns. They consist of Sarco parts kit and Philadelphia Ordnance receiver blank.

For the M1A1, BATF regs provide that no slot, hole, bore, or other opening shall be milled or otherwise incorporated into the body of the display receiver. Therefore, the charging handle is threaded into rcvr, and the bolt shank (with extractor) is inserted into rcvr blank (from the front) so that it's visible thru ejector port. A keyway is also broached in the rcvr nose to accept the extractor.

All metal parts are black oxide coated. Wood can be re-finished to orig military reddish-brown with hand rubbed linseed oil, beeswax, turpentine mixture....or left as is from Sarco.

Sarco parts kit cost is $350, PhilOrd rcvr blank is $255. Total cost for display gun - including black oxide but without re-finished wood - is $955. With refinished wood is $1000.

Receiver engraving (such as pictured on my Thompson website - including Thompson logo) is additional $175.
