What would you pay for this truck?

I'm going to an auction tomorrow where they are auctioning off a bunch of state vehicles. The prize is a 1969 Dodge D300 Dually. It was used as a fire truck at a state prison. All the fire equipment has been removed. The only modification is an extended rear bumper to allow some men to stand on it. THIS TRUCK HAS 2800 ORIGINAL MILES ON IT! That's what they claim - twenty-eight HUNDRED miles. 99% rust free (just a little surface rust on the floors). Frame looks excellent. Paint is excellent (red with a white roof). Interior is very good (driver's seat is patched up with duck tape; needs a headliner). Everything works. 318 engine. 4-speed. Power brakes. Tires maybe 60% tread left. Running lights and big bubble on roof. They say all it needs is a water pump, but it should be ok to drive home about 12 miles because it was driven about 50 miles from the prison to the auction site. The only real flaw I see is is about 8-10 inches of one of the floor boards in the bed is torn through (gone) near the cab (metal strips are in excellent shape, so it shouldn't be too hard to replace a floor board. Truck is registered and inspected. This truck is about as good as you can find in original, unrestored condition.

I already own a '67 W300 so I know a little about these trucks. BUT WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK IS A REASONABLE BID ON THIS TRUCK?

Thanks.
