I've never seen this mixture of the WD- headlight location along with the 6-lug disk wheels common to the TD- and VD- series trucks. Could this be a TD- or VD- van that has been repaired by the military using a later front clip or maybe a transition vehicle that used up some remaining VD- parts? The hood ornament also looks like it belongs to a VD-. Interesting anyway.
