Dodge ff PW belt pulley assembly can be mounted left or right (or up or down if it clears body the body, not recommended), but usual orientation is to the right (passenger side). Direction of drum rotation can be changed with PTO lever. But due to different PTO gearing in engine and counter-engine rotation, drum at 540 rpm will be obtained at different engine speeds, so you might want to match peak engine to drum rpm by mounting drum in a particular position. Because the pillow block is slightly offset to the left of the truck, the pulley drum is best centered over truck centerline when mounted to face the passenger side, not when mounted to face the drivers side. Dodge PW belt pulleys were made in only one configuration, which is reversible. Thank Powwag we don't have to collect 2 different PW belt pulleys!
