That's wishful thinking Dana, of the 44,000 middle class workers left in CA (out of 33 million people), half of those are attorneys, a criminal mind is not needed in a State where you can get a longer sentence for being politically incorrect than you would get for 1st degree murder. Just by reading the article I can tell from past experience that the guy is screwed. The dike councilwoman is the sister of LA Mayor Hahn. Again, alas, he is screwed.
The equipment used today can detect 1 part per million in the local water supply, even though the body of water mentioned in the article is a concrete lined storm channel, they WILL find a trace of contaminates, it may not even be from him, but that is not the point, they want him gone, he is toast. That's the way things work out here, and that's one of the reasons I pleaded with Doug not to move out here.
