Assuming you are referring to the 230ci 6-cylinder on a WDX-W300M truck, it depends upon the year. Counting head bolts from the back of the engine, my '47 horn mounts to the very back two head bolts (#1 and #2) which are located next to #6 cylinder, at the side of the engine closest to the driver. My '51 has a horn mount that attaches one set farther forward (bolts #2 and #3), on same side of engine. The '47 bracket points to the rear of the truck, the '51 bracket points to the front of the truck. These two brackets are not interchangable as the spacing between these two combinations of bolts is different. I am not sure, without my parts manuals at hand, when the change took place.
