Oh Boy! I would put on the engine hood, line the cab according to the cowl and hood, in other words, making sure the cab cowl and hood have an equal gap all the way around, same for the radiator cover. This may require some shims under the cab mounts. Once things look good, then drill your holes. You may have to modify the linkage (heating and bending)
